About Us

Wynlen House Artisan Village Farm, Bundanoon, NSW, is a small regenerative, permaculture urban demonstration farm teaching like minded people how to make and grow fabulous organic food and showcasing self sufficiency, resilience and care for the environment in cool/cold climate Australia.

We have grown all our vegetables, eggs and table poultry commercially from a large kitchen garden of around 1000sqm, for the last 16 years in Braidwood, using organic systems adapted by us from Permaculture and intensive poly culture methods. This means a terrific range of vegetables grown together in small spaces while saving resources and rebuilding soils. We have recently moved to Bundanoon where we now grow for teaching purposes and for ourselves. We still grow garlic and other veg commercially in Bundanoon and in Braidwood with Clarevale Farm.

We offer on-farm and on-line workshops and food growing consultancy services, and a backyard growers mentoring 12 month program for those, who themselves or with their business, want to become self reliant organic produce growers.

We also make and sell our own bespoke layer mash which is nutritionally correct and made from classic ingredients giving eggs the wonderful flavour they had before the introduction of pelleted soy based poultry feeds. We love to cook and enjoy the fine produce we grow and sharing it with customers who share our passion for growing and cooking with nutrient rich, chemical free produce.  Our preserves and baked goods are made from our produce or local produce. We make jams, jellies, pickles, relishes, mayonnaise, confits, jam tarts, cakes, ice-creams depending on what we are growing.

We live a sustainable life with the understanding that the food we grow and the farm animals & poultry we raise contribute to a better future for us and our community and helps “save the planet one meal at a time”.
